Kodaikanal International School (KIS) invites sealed quotations from eligible buyers for the purchase of the school bus described below:
The vehicle is offered for sale on an "As Is, Where Is" basis. Interested bidders are encouraged to inspect the vehicle before submitting their quotation.
The successful bidder shall complete payment, transfer of ownership, and removal of the vehicle from the KIS premises within 15 days of receiving the Letter of Acceptance from KIS. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the award and forfeiture of any Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), if applicable.

Submission of Tender
Interested bidders shall submit their quotations in a sealed envelope and deposit them in the Tender Box located at:

Late submissions will not be accepted.
Terms and Conditions
1. The vehicle is sold on an "As Is, Where Is" basis. No warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied by KIS.
2. Interested bidders are advised to inspect the vehicle before submitting their quotation. Submission of a bid shall be deemed acceptance of the vehicle's condition.
3. Kodaikanal International School reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
4. The highest quotation will not necessarily be accepted. The decision of KIS shall be final and binding.
5. The successful bidder shall remit 100% of the quoted amount before delivery of the vehicle and execution of ownership transfer documents.
6. Ownership of the vehicle shall be transferred only after receipt of full payment and completion of all statutory formalities.
7. All expenses relating to transfer of ownership, registration, road tax, insurance, transportation, permits, and any other statutory charges after the date of sale shall be borne solely by the successful bidder.
8. The successful bidder shall remove the vehicle from the KIS premises within 15 days of notification of award.
9. KIS shall not be responsible for any repairs, maintenance, or defects discovered after the sale.
