We’re a multiple-campus school with world-class facilities to help us provide the very best to our students! Here’s a rundown of what we have to offer:

World-Class Campuses

We have two beautiful academic campuses, that also provide staff and student accomodation: Highclerc, housing KIS High School (grades 9-12), and Ganga, home to KIS Elementary School (grades 1-5) and Middle School (grades 6-8). In total, we have 73 classrooms, 3 libraries, 2 media centres, 5 computer/IT labs, 3 study halls, 6 science laboratories, and 1 student recreation room.

IT Facilities

Our IT facilities are stellar, with KIS being among the first schools in India to have a networking system connected by a fiber optic cable backbone intranet. We have 330 computers, 5 computer labs, 4 network servers, a soon-to-be-upgraded 12 mbps broadband internet connection, and an internet monitoring system with selective site blocking.

Recreation and Sporting Facilities

We have fantastic recreation and sporting facilities, with 2 covered courts for basketball, indoor football, volleyball and badminton, 3 playing fields for football, cricket, baseball and field hockey, 2 outdoor basketball courts, 1 racquetball court, 1 squash court, 3 tennis courts, 2 children’s playgrounds, and of course, through the general support of KIS Alumni, Loch End Fitness Center, a multi-station gym with the best quality equipment and provision for dance and aerobic classes.

Learning Resources

Mission: To build sustainable learning skills, and not just repair a faulty learning pattern.

We have a Learning Resource Department dedicated to enhancing the quality of education for students with mild or moderate learning difficulties, applying strategies to help them become independent learners, integrate into their social environments, and develop independent skills to help them function normally. These students are evaluated during the admission process to ensure that they can fit into the student environment. We also provide support to help all students with organization, time management and the development of study skills.

College Placements

Our graduates continue their education in colleges and universities around the world, and our Careers and College Advisor helps students prepare for the future by selecting the right college prep high school courses, counselling them in career and college choice, providing standardised tests and other resources, researching colleges, organising college representative visits, and guiding students through the application process, including directly sending transcripts and other application documents to colleges.

National Honor Society

KIS has had a longstanding membership with this prestigious American organization. Students in High School classes who have excelled in each of four areas – scholarship, leadership, service and character – are selected carefully by KIS faculty during semester 2, according to procedures set by the NHS.
