Drafted the original Constitution and Bylaws of the Kodaikanal School Alumni Association in 1981 and worked along with others in most recently amending the Constitution and Bylaws of KISAA which were adopted last year. Member of the old KWI International Inc Board during the 1990s for a number of years. Founding Director of Kodai Friends International Inc ("KFI") in 2006 and current President, responsible for most of the drafting of charter documents and getting necessary tax clearances in the US. Served as a member of the Board of the Vellore Christian Medical College Board (USA) Inc from 1990 – 1996 and was one of the founders of the Bethania Kids Foundation in 1987 and currently Chairman of the Board of this organization.
